Founder David Littlewood started Frame-to-Finish Builders in 2013, with the goal of providing homeowners and investors with superior craftsmanship, first-class customer service, exceptional labor teams and hands-on project management.  David’s history in the building industry started in 1998, when he joined a large high-end Atlanta residential homebuilder immediately upon finishing his service in the Army and it was there were he learned the business from the ground up from this award winning builder. He rose to a project management position with responsibility for hundreds of homes in large single-family communities. In 2001, David founded Littlewood Construction that focused on remodeling and large additions for homeowners. David’s passion and energy fuels our team and subcontractors to build and create dream homes for our clients.  David has a keen attention to detail and a commitment to client satisfaction on every build with on-time completion dates.

LYDIA ANDERSON
CEO, VP of Design

Lydia recently left her corporate job as VP, Marketing for an apparel manufacturer for her “dream” job. Today Lydia is the CEO of Frame-to-Finish Builders. Her primary focus is to collaborate with homeowners and investors from developing plans to the all-important final touches while providing exceptional building and superior customer service. F2F Builders provides design services that include home layout, flow, function and finish selections. She strives to restore homes to their original style while updating with today’s modern amenities. Her goal is to maximize the investment with strong vendor negotiation, keeping original materials, when possible and efficient buying. She has a love for interior design and color trends and has won multiple design awards throughout her career. Previously, she owned her own marketing and design firm for eighteen years servicing Fortune 100 companies and formerly the Director of Marketing at SPANX.
